Prices are for up to 8 people - $25.00 per person per night over 8 people. 3 night minimum.

Christmas & New Years:   $600 per week (7 night minimum)
Tax:   11.9%
Cleaning fee:   $125.00
Deposit of 50% of the total due when reserving.
Damage deposit discussed in contract. 
Contract and Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

July 4th 5 night minimum dates/ June 29th – July 7th

Check in time is 4:00 p.m. unless arranged in advance.  Check out time is 10:00 a.m. and any additional charges should be paid for at that time.

SORRY….. NO SMOKING – NO PETS

Our property is a NO SMOKING facility both inside the houses and outside on the property.  Because of fire hazard issues in our area we have adopted no smoking policies for the entire property and we appreciate your cooperation with this issue.  If it is determined that smoking has taken place on our property, the guests may be asked to leave immediately, no refunds will be made for rental charges, and a cleaning charge of up to $500.00 may be made to your credit card, any repair or replacement charges due to damage from smoking will be charged to tenants credit card as per replacement or repair fees.  NO PETS are allowed on the property.  If it is determined that a pet has been brought onto our property up to a $500.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the guests credit card, and any repair charges as a result of damage from pet will be charged to the guests credit card as per repair estimates.
